Sims 4 Glitch Rainbow Pixels all over Screen

 I been at wits end with trying to fix this issue I reinstalled sims 4 plenty of times and it never stopped every time restarted everything nothing worked, removing mods never worked, I have been working on it for 4 solid days now and still nothing has been resolved, I had a physical copy of the game itself but it won't work because of the old program Origin which no longer exist Please update this game EA because I know for a fact that it is no my computer I was using to play the game in general , I updated basically everything in my system ,drives you name it  and I went the extra mile and did a complete factory reset that means that I lost everything I ever built or made in my profile because perhaps it may have been a saved file corrupted in the game and unfortunately that wasn't the case I'm still having the same issue it happens every time I press my volume up key?  Try it I'm certain it'll happen to your game especially on the loading screen💢😡
