Since you have so little RAM it is likely that you also have poor Graphics. Please post a DxDiag. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
You can attach the txt file directly to your answer.
With this amount of RAM I can not recommend trying to run with any of the newer EPs or GPs. A stuff pack should be ok.
