@LunaLucy2211 Really, you don't need to apologize for not responding right away. People come back when they have time to troubleshoot, and it's always fine.
If you do have more issues, please run another dxdiag and attach it to a post, so I can see what your laptop looks like now. But I hope the reset worked.
could i send my own DxDiag because my game is especially laggy and i dont know what to do, i have done most of things that are asked.
