Yeah this has been an issue with me since DirextX 11. I literally cannot play on it without my game crashing somehow or getting into an infinite loading screen. My PC is just fine and can handle DirectX11, or atleast it should. I took out all mods and tried everything but I still get this issue
@b1pedalcat and @gtsar83 If you'd like help with your issue, please remove your Mods folder and any files in ConfigOverride, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. You don't need to save your progress.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
