Your Graphics drivers are 3 years old. You should update. Also note that it is a Workstation Graphics card not suited for gaming. I would recommend that graphics settings is not set higher than medium with this card.
Hey
please could you look at my Dxdiag. My laptop is 4 weeks old. Keeps crashing on the sims - I have removed mods and reinstalled still crashing. I have made sure the game is using my Nvidia graphics and not the intel. still crashing. Really not sure what to do? please help
Make sure your game runs on your GeForce card @blueberrynad:

@gizzygal First you have what is called a workstation computer not a gaming computer. The Quadro video chip is made more for precision then speed. The device drivers are tighter for Quadro chips. The video driver is old and not WHQL. As this video card is not a consumer card Nvidia does not have drivers that are readily available to consumers unless you identify the application(s) this card was designed to be used with. Not surprising is the video chip is not in the game database. You need to update the video drivers. I'm guessing this computer was taken out of service because Windows 7 is on extended support and now close to EOL (end of life) where Microsoft will no longer support Windows 7.

@blueberrynad There is only 33.1 free space on the system device. IMO a 128Gb SSD is not big enough for a gaming computer. This configuration requires constant monitoring to make sure there is enough free space for the operating system on the system drive. Any change (new files, application update, etc) can affect the operating environment. The video driver is not WHQL which means that the driver has not been tested by Microsoft. IMO you will continue to experience issues with lack of free space on the system drive - Windows bloats - that is just what it does and the only solution is to give it run to breath. If you are off loading your applications to a conventional drive then those applications will not get the benefit of the speed of the ssd. So your computer boots a little faster - I'll have another sip of coffee.

@Psicokappa84 The video driver for the GTX 1050 is not WHQL and there is a newer driver available. This video chip is not in the game database. It looks like some updates need to be done or failed for some reason.
