Sims 4 Load World Map Glitch

Every time I have loaded a previously saved game or even a brand new game on Sims 4, it glitches when you go to the world map and click a household, it just goes back to the world map, it loops.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the base game and all the mods that I use. Nothing has fixed the issue and I'm not sure what else to do. Help😂

  • GelatinGelato0  Did you uninstall and reinstall your mods, or did you actually test with your entire Mods folder removed?  If you haven't yet, please do that now.  You don't need to save your progress.

Yes. I am now getting an error message that says "The game failed to load. Error code: 132:20f00d42:8de04ba5. It is recommended that you relaunch that game."

I have relaunched the game, I have googled the error code which is a mod issue apparently, deleted the Local Cache, repaired the game, tried again, and that same issue.

None of my mods work now at all

I have also just now removed all of my mods from the Sims 4 game files, and I am receiving the error code: 132:365b7188:7c815d73

I have literally no idea what to do now. I can't play my game anymore

  • GelatinGelato0  Can you load a different household in the same save?  Please try one you've never played before, still with your Mods folder removed, and let me know what happens.  If this household loads, you can try playing it for a few sim-hours then going back to the main one.

I'd also like to see a lastexception from when you get this error code.  It would be best to delete your current LEs and generate a new one.  Here's how to provide it:

  • GelatinGelato0  Can you enter the lot in Build mode?  If so, try deleting any ladders.

If that doesn't help, let me know, and I'll take another look.  In the interim, you may be able to move the household to a different lot and play there.
