@mutsucc From your description, it sounds like you moved the Electronic Arts folder elsewhere but didn't take any other steps. Is that the case? If so, you'll need to create a symbolic link to tell the game where to look for that folder:
Separately, if your game is installed in the same location as your user files are located, those need to be separated. The Sims 4 user folder can be almost anywhere, but it should NOT be in the same place as the game's program files, as in, what the EA App installs. If you need help sorting this out, let me know.
