(sims 4) My sims dont obey my commands!!

I dont know what happened,i just reinstalled thegame and then when i strated to play my sims didnt do anything but walk.I have mods.I need help asap,please if you know how to fix it,reply me.Thank yo...

Good news! I have found the actual problem.When i decided to reinstall the game i have copied all the mods to another file to not to lose them and i forgot that game has an original 'resource' mod and when i copied all the mods to game there were two resource mod and i deleted the one now everything is fine :D

UPDATE: They are FROZEN AGAİN!! EVEN THEİR NEEDS FROZEN!! WHYY!? This game is full of problems,this is the third problem and i bought the game a week ago :/ Regret everythin plus game is boring too.

    Did you check if the mods are all up-to-date ?
