Sims 4 not loading after update
my game was working fine and then there was a required update that i installed and now my game will not load past the main menu. before it messed up completely, i was entering "world builder" or "edit world" or whatever it's called, and after that i was unable to return to the game. i paid $60 for the premium edition of the game, only to end up not being able to play it because of an update that i didn't even want. i've been searching for hours for a solution, and nothing i've looked at seems to relate to my problem. i finally got fed up and uninstalled my game (losing all of my game data no less) and reinstalled it and it still did not work. this forum is my last ditch effort before i return my game and get my money back, if i even can.
