Sims 4 pack NOT in the queue list and not installing! (with screenshots)

So I have the newest version of origin and need to install my Sims 4 packs. But on the page where it should say download it instead says details. When I click details it takes me back to the game library page. Why can't I download anything?

Log in to Origin with the account you have the Sims 4 on then click it in your Game Library and it will start to download including any packs that you own on that account.

So its obviously past the day it came out. I downloaded it about a month ago AND PLAYED IT. But i had to download it on a new computer and my other pcks downloaded fine, excet parenthood. It says i have it but here is no download button. When i go in the other packs are working fine.. plzzz help

So I had to reinstall the sims 4 a few weeks ago, which was no big deal, the base game was fine. However, all of my purchased content isn’t installing. My download manager says that nothing is being downloaded, yet when I go into play the game, I get the pop up saying that downloads are still in progress. Origin is acting like it’s in my game but it is not. I have tried a lot of stuff and it’s been weeks now. I also bought a cheap stuff pack yesterday to see if it would work, and it did, everything went well and without issues. If anyone could help me I’d really appreciate that. Thanks 

How on earth do you download packs from origin now?

I just got a new laptop and there is no download options It says unlocked and it says details or purchase as a gift.

NO DOWNLOAD.

Ugh, I'm so frustrated cause this should have auto downloaded all of them last night, but it didn't and now I have to take all day to do it and I can't even do it cause it's not showing a simple download button!!

Yeah. the download option wasn't there. I know how to download packs. I had to uninstall, delete cache, clean registry and reinstall origin to get it to finally work. So this is solved. 

Do you or anyone know how to fix this issue> I own dine out , when i open the game it shows up with my other packs as owned but when i go to put in a restaurant it doesn't let me edit the lot as a restaurant???

Have you tried a manual re-install of Origin yet: https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/ ?

 Recently, I have upgraded to a new PC so I have re-downloaded Origin and the Sims 4 with the rest of the packs I won. I have installed the packs but when I try to use them in game it comes up with a message stating I have to download the packs. I went to my game library and clicked on Sims 4, I then scrolled down and clicked on expansion packs. For example I clicked on Sims 4: Cats and Dogs and clicked on details as there weren't any download options. Instead of opening 'Details', it took me to "Friends Who Play'. Does anyone have any answers or suggestions?
