So I had to reinstall the sims 4 a few weeks ago, which was no big deal, the base game was fine. However, all of my purchased content isn’t installing. My download manager says that nothing is being downloaded, yet when I go into play the game, I get the pop up saying that downloads are still in progress. Origin is acting like it’s in my game but it is not. I have tried a lot of stuff and it’s been weeks now. I also bought a cheap stuff pack yesterday to see if it would work, and it did, everything went well and without issues. If anyone could help me I’d really appreciate that. Thanks
Did you ever manage to get this issue fixed, and if so, do you remember how? Am having this EXACT issue with Dream Home Decor and the support is useless ☹️

restart your computer, and try again. Or if you have a Mac, run the Origin reset tool instead, and restart afterwards.

If that doesn't help, try opting into the Origin technical preview (beta). Hover over your username, select Application Settings, and under Application (the first header), scroll down to Client update and enable the option to participate in technical previews. Then quit Origin, restart your computer, and try to download the pack again.
