I just bought sims 4 pets last night, so I have a few more hours to decide if I want to keep the game. Anyone else have this issue and were able to fix it? EVERY TIME I try and create a new game with pets, It ALWAYS freezes on the selection of the dog breed than I have to bring up my task manager and end the game. When I try and adopt a cat, it seems like it works fine. Help!
I might be late with this, but on the other hand, Expansions/DLC does not have the same refund policy as normal games, so there's no "24-hour limit".
It sounds like your computer does not meet the system requirements for the game. This is a common problem for people playing with Cats&Dogs. If you go into CAS, usually with a big dog, but for some computers both dog sizes, the game will crash.
