Sims 4 Problems PLEASE HELP ASAP

I am having issues when playing the sims 4, Day of the Dead Challenge. I have collected over 9 sugar skulls and the icon is only saying I have collected 5 / 9. What do I do? In the Image it doesn't show the Challenge Icon thing but it still wont let me Honour the Dead. HELPPP please.. it would be so appreciated... Also another problem i am having is that my female young adult sim wears her bra to the shower (default bra when you're editing) I have the nude mods and the no blur mod, I dont know how to fix the problem..
