You can just put the house and your families into a new save.
You'll loose inventory and relationships though.
Might be the best solution.
when i put the saves in the problem occur again,does that mean i probably should start new? because when i started new everything is normal.
So you get the problem if you have the saves in and start a new game but not if you start a new game with no other saves present (as you said before you have the issue on both new and existing games)
How many saves do you have ?

If you just put your save back (which is probably slot_00000002.save) and nothing else, does your existing game still have the issue ?
Yep,it still had a issue still T_T does that mean i have to STAAAARRRRTTTT NEEEEEWWWWW? cause that will be annoying
I can take a look at your save and see if I can reproduce on my computer if you are willing to share it.
Just zip that saves folder and upload it to google drive, mediafire, whatever and PM me the link.

I didn't play that long but reaction times seemed quite normal to me. It was a bit choppy with that big house and all and your graphics card is worse than mine.
Can you try uploading your house to the gallery and download to a fresh game to see if that is an issue ?
