Sims 4 Royalty and Legacy Expansion content missing in-game

As you can see at the screenshot my game after updating it doesn't recognize the new expansion and the new kits - it even doesn't show the game in the menu. 

I repair the game I reinstalled everything - I have 0 Mods - even deleted the Sims 4 folder in Documents.

    Hi Hafcio​ 

    If the pack isn't showing at all in-game for you, you'd need to reach out to the retailer you purchased the code from for either a refund or replacement code. 

    Please also read over the post here for more information on where to purchase game codes.

    This is happening to me too. I bought it through the EA app. I tried uninstalling and installing again. Now im trying to link my ea account to steam and see if i can launch the game through steam and maybe that works? Ive also deleted GameVersion.txt, did not work. Any ideas?

    This worked for me. I don't really understand how to move forward from here. I have a few sims that I don't want to lose from my previous file

    bgadberry72​  You can move your saves and Tray files from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one.  It's unlikely that this particular issue is caused by your saves or Tray items and therefore unlikely that moving them over would reintroduce the problem.
