Sims 4 skin textures glitched/missing after patch

Self-explanatory, I've closed and opened both Origin and Sims 4 multiple times without anything changing. Everything was working and looking fine this morning, but as soon as the update finished and I went back into the game, all of my Sims basically had their skin missing. It's like this for all my save files, and all the Sims, regardless of their skin tone.

I've used mods/CC that alter skin before, but I had them all turned off before AND after the patch (and I've turned them on/off again without this happening). My computer is Windows 7 with pretty decent specs (lots of storage space and a 1080 graphics card) but again, everything worked fine before the Nov 12th patch.

    @alphsilon Could you try repairing the game through Origin (right-click in the game).

    Do they look fine if you start a new save for testing with new Sims ?

    Yes, the same texture glitches happen in CAS with new sims (some clothing items will even cause all clothing/hair to glitch out as well while some won't).

    I'm repairing the game now, but it takes a while with all the expansion packs (and Origin needing an update in a few hours).

    I repaired my game because of other issues and now I've lost a bunch of my cc hair, makeup, eyelashes, wall paints and probably more i haven't found yet. this is so irritating.
