My entire game is glitching. When i launch it, all the images double up and i cant do anything. The Sims keep moving and the game seems to be runing in the background, but my entire screen is frozen. I have updated both the EA app and Sims 4, but the game is literally unplayable.
I am playing on windows PC. I dont have mods or cc. Here are the screenshot of the issue. Everything is normal in the main manu, nothing glitches or lags there. The problem starts only when i load into a household and enter the actual gameplay.
Ivonarac1234 It looks like your computer doesn't have a proper graphics driver installed. If you know which driver you'd need, install it and restart the system.
If that doesn't help, or you don't know which driver to use, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
