Sims 4 will not load, have tried literally almost every troubleshooting option.

Sooo is this issue going to be fixed, or?

Edit: As of right now, I'm using a four year old laptop to work around this issue just so I can play the game, but I would still like to get this playable on my main system and not a laptop that has outdated drivers to hardware that isn't supported by its manufacturers anymore.  I don't think that's much to ask for really.
