I've been trying to download my first pet stuff in the sims 4 now that its free and it keeps showing a download error. I've tried repairing the game and restarting my laptop, but still doesn't work and I also have plenty of space.
Has anyone experienced this or know what to do?
The exact same thing is happening to me. I've been fighting it for a half hour. I've restarted my computer and the EA app, my Sims 4 game is completely up to date, I try downloading from two different locations in the app, and the error persists. Very frustrating and disappointing. EA, we need this fixed. It would be nice if we could play the games you put on sale...
