looks like your Windows is not updated to the newest version.
Try getting all the updates for Windows. Also update your graphics drivers
The main issue is a program called Sonic Studio II. It comes with Asus computers and interferes with lots of games. Make sure that is updated as well or close it down while you are playing Sims.
