Sims 4 wont let me go online

Could you try if you can go to the gallery anyways ? Mine says it's offline but I can still use the gallery.

I am having the same problem. I tried restarting the game and I also tried the "repair game" option in Origin. When I try to connect, it says "no internet connection available." I've made sure that all the online game options are checked. I can go into the gallery, but I cannot access the community tab. I have to firewall issues that I'm aware of as I didn't have this problem before. 

Have you got strong connection? Also, if you have try disconnecting from your wifi and then reconnecting.

Yes, my connection is strong. I'm not even using wi-fi, I am directly connected.

I get this too. When I start the game it says "You are offline", the Gallery works fine. Previously on my system/internet this menu worked normally and I had The Sims 4 news in the main menu.

I'm in Canada.

For me (Switzerland) it's also still happening

Gallery works but the main menu says I'm offline and I can't connect. 

Don't really have a solution atm but the more data we can give EA, the better.

I'm in the US and I'm having this problem. But I can't connect to the community to download stuff. 

Then your issue might be different.

Did you check your firewall and Antivirus program ?
