Sims 4 wont let me go online

HELP! When I click go online on the min menu, it just says could not connect. It doesn't matter how many times are press try gain, it still wont work. Please respond thank you.

Could you try if you can go to the gallery anyways ? Mine says it's offline but I can still use the gallery.

    I am having the same problem. I tried restarting the game and I also tried the "repair game" option in Origin. When I try to connect, it says "no internet connection available." I've made sure that all the online game options are checked. I can go into the gallery, but I cannot access the community tab. I have to firewall issues that I'm aware of as I didn't have this problem before.
