Sims 4 wont let me go online
HELP! When I click go online on the min menu, it just says could not connect. It doesn't matter how many times are press try gain, it still wont work. Please respond thank you.

Have you got strong connection? Also, if you have try disconnecting from your wifi and then reconnecting.

Yes, my connection is strong. I'm not even using wi-fi, I am directly connected.
