Same here. I just reinstalled the game but nothing changed. I did all the things you did but nope, same problem. I realized i cannot play any saves i had since i started play with mods and cc even i tried it without mods folder, but older ones works well even with mods and cc. Do you have saves you played with no cc and mods? If you do did you tried them. I am curious if if its same for you too.
Old saves seem to work, but these saves are different households from well over 6 months ago. Since then my progress has all been on this one save. I'm really hoping this isn't just a corrupted file thing.
