@betharies2 You can attach a dxdiag to a post here. There's a button that says Browse (or similar) below the text field; click on it, navigate to your dxdiag, and attach it. You need to use Reply, not Quick Reply, to get the option to attach files.
Hi there 🙂 My game loads (Takes forever but it loads) I can play for a few mins. then at 9:15 sim time it freezes?
@Rustantl Try switching to a different household for a bit. Switch households before 9 am, use "save as" to rename the save (so the original remains intact), quit to desktop, reload the game, play until maybe 11 am sim-time, then switch back to your original household, and see whether the game works again.
I didn't have to do anything, guys!!! I uninstalled and reinstalled my game and origin last night and it's working? I mean, I'm currently in create a sim, making a sim.
Here's the weird part.
I said I'd just uninstalled both... right?
Somehow, when I reinstalled... all my create a sim cc, which I thought I removed prior to all of this.. Is back in my game?

@ashleykj84 The custom content may have been backed up in OneDrive and redownloaded, or you removed it from somewhere other than the user folder.
For the game itself, it's possible that some essential Sims 4 file was deleted and the repair wasn't putting it back, but the reinstall fixed it. I wouldn't overthink things too much. Especially since holy water probably wouldn't go well with the laptop's internal circuitry.
