sims 4 won't open after november 2020 update!!

It keeps asking me for permission. I click yes and NOTHING HAPPENS!!! The specifics that it asks is if x64 has permission to run. I've tried repairing, reinstalling EVERYTHING, cleaning the cache, ev...

@betharies2  I have no idea either, to be honest.  But if the game works now, no reason to worry.

@puzzlezaddict And just now the game completely closed up on me in the middle of playing and will now not reopen.
As soon as it closed, I restarted my computer and opened Origin. Origin made me update it and then the game made me update it. Then I clicked Play... and nothing.
