sims 4 won't open after november 2020 update!!

It keeps asking me for permission. I click yes and NOTHING HAPPENS!!! The specifics that it asks is if x64 has permission to run. I've tried repairing, reinstalling EVERYTHING, cleaning the cache, ev...

@puzzlezaddict Thank you, that link led me to a Sophos specific thread and I found a antivirus that I hadn't turned off. The game launched for me now!

For anyone else that finds this thread first and also has Sophos Antivirus, make sure to turn off the Exploits part of the antivirus, this is what I missed.
