nanouk20 Please force the game to run in DirectX 11 mode. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
LadyGray01 A dxdiag is a Windows diagnostic tool, so it's not applicable in macOS. Please post in the Mac tech forum, and list the full specs of your Mac—everything under About This Mac except for the serial number—and state whether the crashes happen with no mods or custom content.
