Sims do start up in another language but not in Dutch

I keep getting an error code when I try to start The Sims 4 in Dutch. If I delete everything and reinstall it in English, it starts up fine. But if I reinstall everything in Dutch, it doesn't start.

marden33 Do you still need help? If so, please try renaming the folder in Documents > Electronic Arts called "De Sims 4." You'll also have a "The Sims 4" folder from running the English version, but that folder is apparently fine, since your game works in English. "De Sims 4" is only used for the Dutch version.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error.
