Not a Hero, but I think that just like Mods the save files are only saved locally on your computer not on your EA profile. But I would wait for a Hero to confirm 😅
Like I said, what is weird is i started the family originally on my desktop. It was then available on my laptop too but now it seems its not anymore on the pc I created it with.
oohhh! You created on the desktop first. Huh. Yea that is strange. Hopefully a hero can assist further.
