Sims game and EA App not working

@08pecama You could try using Revo in Hunter mode to search for the EA App. That has mixed success, at least.
If that doesn't help, manually delete the Electronic Arts folder in C:\Program Files. If you don't have permission, make sure there are no EA-related services running in the Task Manager, including in the background processes list. Then try again to install the App, and if it works, remove it with Revo again just to be thorough, then restart your computer and reinstall.
If you use a third-party antivirus, please disable it (temporarily) while doing the above, and don't reenable it until you've tested the App at least once. As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.
Sims 4 won't work unless the EA App does, so it's best to focus on the App first, then circle back to the game once the App is working.
