sims not working or opening properly

So the other day i opened sims and it said not responding on a blank screen so i looked on here and it said to delete the options so i did it and it worked my game worked fine for 2 days. then yesterday i opened it and it was on full screen stuck on the sims 4 page so then i gave up and went to downloaded some mods instead (i think that is the right order anyway) then i opened sims but it wasn't opening at all i deleted options again it didn't work so i gave up and i tried to come on today at first it wasn't working at all and had to restart the computer like i did yesterday then i opened it again it came back to the full screen the sims 4 page anyone know how to fix this please help i really want to play but its just not letting me.
