SIMS-Screen keeps going (white) blank randomly while playing, started 4 days ago
it started after an update, i went back in game and randomly (lasts only a few seconds) the whole screen goes white. i can still hear the sims ect. it keeps happening every few seconds to minutes. i have restarted the EA app, my computer, as well as repaired the game as well, but it still is happening. I don't own any mods or CC. Please help if you can.
