Sims won't buy retail lot

I feel like I fix one issue with this game and then there's another I can't fix.
Now my sim won't buy a retail lot every time I try to get him to use his phone to buy one he won't do it.
Also my photographer sims keep taking pictures from below.
The frustration is real with this game
I love it so much but it's so glitchy.

    I've just tried my game and it works fine.

    Have you tried repairing your game through Origin yet ?

    Did you try with a fresh Sim in the save or move your old one over ?

    Hi @ashleymariekg

    Are you using mods or custom content in your game? If so, please remove all of them and try again. Does that fix your issues?

    Could you start a new game for testing purposes and  are you willing to share your save game ?

    If so, please zip up this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\saves and drop the file to this Mediafire-Link to upload.

    Please make sure to name the zip file with your user name.

    I started a new game to see if anything changes and it fixed the photography issue but it doesn't fix the issue where they can't buy retail stores. Every time I try to have the sim do it all that happens is the sim resets.

    I tried with a fresh sim. How do you repair your game through Origin? I'm completely lost when it comes to dealing with stuff like this.

    Never mind I found it. Trying it now. I didn't even know you could repair the game through origin
