Sims won't open up properly, what do I do?

So every time I try to launch the game it just gives a glitchy screen, I tried about everything: Uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting all mods, and deleting the cache. What do I do? (I use a gaming laptop to play and I have no issues in playing other games, this is an exclusive issue to The Sims 4)
