Quiff553 To be clear, have you removed or renamed the entire Sims 4 folder that contains your saves and other user files? If not, please do that now. I'm not saying you need to delete the contents of this folder, only that it's important to test without it.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

i have tried the first option it did not work i will do the other option now.
UPDATE: i looked got the complete scan, heres the attached file for my entire text report on my computers capabilities and possible issues. please get back to me asap, please and thank you!
