Quiff553 I apologize for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a bit. Does Sims 4 work if you launch it in DirectX 11 mode instead of DX9? If you can't get far enough to change the setting, just remove Options.ini from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. (The game will default to DX11 mode.) Or if you've forced DX9 mode in the EA App or Steam, remove the -dx9 command.

Hello! sorry for not responding for so long, crazy stuff happened. Anyways, i did the first thing and removed the file you stated, and it has not fixed the problem. The game will still not fully boot up. However i did check my gpu usage when i open the game, and when i did i noticed that it completely overwhelms it and spikes suddenly to 100%. mind you, i can run other much more grueling hardware on it without any issues. my Gpu works just fine with every other application, except the sims. Im assuming it is some hardware IN the sims settings that needs to be changed. However i could be wrong, and it may be my driver.
If that helps, is there anything else you recommend i do?
