I problem with big play button 🙂
I bought sims 4 on origin.I downloaded and setup very clean..
But When I open the game if I press big play button loading screen stay on forever 🙂
this is doing only if I havent got a saved game..! if I have saved and played game I have no problem..But if I havent got a saved houshold big play button not working..
is it normal or something wrong ?
I don't quite understand. You say that you can't play. How then are you getting a savegame? anyway update your game version to the latest and see if that does not solve your problem.

by the way my games is last version..
So you can start it and create a savegame. How did you start it without using the big button? Your screenshot is from a very old version.
Realy ? cause I bought it on origin and when I m trying to update they sayther is no update...
When I open game I see screen that I attached, and if I havent got a saved game and press big play game stuck loading screen but if I press new game button I have no problem..
@PixelRace What game version do you see in the lower right corner of the Main Menu? Please list the entire version, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.
Please also let me know whether you use OneDrive.
