Sketch Pad/Auditions Not Working.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It started just after I installed Strangerville, but I also updated it at the same time. Join any Freelancer/Actress Career and click auditions, buy a Digital Sketch Pad and try to paint.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Auditions window won't come up, and The digital sketch pad appears in the queue then immediately disappears.
What do you expect to see? Window to choose gigs, and my sim painting.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I have tried the turning off the music, no chatting, there are no gigs in my phone to cancel, also I removed all mods and repaired, Updated the game and deleted Cache
