Slow Download

Okay, so for Chirstmas I receive a new laptop and $40 in Origin cards. So, I use some on The Sims 4. I start to download and I then find out my laptop came with less than 10GB of storage (sadness). S...

During XMas time, there's always a lot of people downloading, so it can be slow. And depending on the connection the external drive has, that takes extra time.

You can try pausing the download and restarting but other than that, I don't think there's much you can do.
