@omgyamisocringe I've moved your post to the PC tech section, since you're running Windows.
Why are you trying to edit the resource.cfg file? If an unaltered file works fine, but the edits don't, then the solution is to not edit it at all. If you need a clean file to work with, move the Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and open the game; a new one will spawn.
@puzzlezaddict I'm trying to edit the file ever since I realized that the cc won't appear until it's dealt with. I've used it previously before through my old laptop and computer, so I was confused on why it's acting different now. And, what is/does localthumbcache.package do?
