Temporarily unavailable

I downloaded sims 4 yesterday I then proceeded to play it however when I restarted my computer origin is telling me I need to login in to play it. I then tried to redowload sims 4 yesterday and origin stated that I was offline despite the fact my internet is working perfectly. Then this message appeared " TEMPORAILY UNAVAILABLE. This action could not be completed we may be experiencing an unusually high server load or undergoing maintance.. Etc. it has now been saying that for the past 24 hrs. I just want to play the game that I payed £40 for!!!!
