The game can't enter

@wangchangcheng You actually have a 64-bit operating system, and your computer should be able to run Sims 4 on ultra graphics settings without any trouble.
Please try reinstalling DirectX 9. You don't need to uninstall anything; just download the installer from Microsoft and run it as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator."
