@Brookieee418 Do you get an error message when trying to load a household? If so, please post a screenshot.
Either way, can you enter CAS to create a new sim (as in a new game), or does that not work as well?
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to your reply.

- soptik5211 months agoRising NoviceI apologize for my English, I'm from the Czech Republic. After the last update and after loading any save, all character disappear and even new game can't be played. I play without mod. It's not just my problem, it's been discussed by several hundred players on several forums. I have contacted EA support.
@soptik52 Please clear the EA App's cache:

and repair the game: open the App game library, click Sims 4, and select Manage > Repair.
If that doesn't help, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether the sims appear.

@soptik52 Yes, I know you're looking at a new save, that's the point. Do the new sims show up in the new save or not? The question is whether the problem is limited to your old saves or happens in new ones as well, with none of your previous content present at all.
