@Bee3737 If OneDrive is currently inactive, then don't turn it on; it'll only cause more problems. If it's already on, that's another matter.
When the game crashed as you tried to upload to the Gallery, was that in a clean user folder, or had you put back some of your existing content? If the latter, please try uploading again in a clean folder. You can make something simple and take it down again afterwards.
The crashes in your dxdiag are access violations, which are unfortunately quite common and generic. One cause is bad mods or custom content, but there are plenty of others as well.

If I removed all my mod folder and the cc. Is there a way to find out if there are some hidden that I'm not aware of? I uploaded some free images, and I had my sims paint it and add to the game but I removed the original image. Is that the reason for the crash?

@Bee3737 Which files did you transfer over? It sounds like the issue is one or more of those files, so you'll need to test them to figure it out. If you moved over everything, try just transferring the contents of saves, Tray, and Screenshots; the game will recreate all the other files as necessary.
If the game still crashes with only those three folders' contents moved over, try again but without the Tray folder present. The saves and Screenshots folders should be fine, but you can try those one at a time as well.
