The Sims 4 big lag since first february update

Question

Hi guys,So my game's been lagging so much since the first february update. It's impossible to play, loading screens taking forever and simulation mode is freezing and lagging terribly. I updated it yesterday and it's worse. I've been playing since yesterday without mods and it stays the same. I tried downgrading graphics from medium to mediuw-low and it stays the same. I even tried to use DirectX 11 but it was unplayable.Before february updates, my game ran fine. Medium graphics and not so much lag, but it was playable. Can anybody help me out here?

opaozinho&nbsp; Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that your graphics driver is somewhat out of date.&nbsp; So please install the newest driver for your graphics chip:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."&nbsp; Restart afterwards and before trying to play.
When testing, open only the EA App and Sims 4, nothing else.
