The Sims 4 big lag since first february update

opaozinho  Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that your graphics driver is somewhat out of date.  So please install the newest driver for your graphics chip:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart afterwards and before trying to play.

When testing, open only the EA App and Sims 4, nothing else.
