Ever since the new update the game has been crashing and ever since the patch to fix that it still crashes and now my sims just stand there swaying not doing the anything even if the are supposed to being and I can't click on anything or switch between sims. I can't play for more than a few minutes before this happens
@Last_Unicorn99 Are your sims celebrating or have they recently celebrated Winterfest? If so, then this is probably your issue:

Otherwise, please repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
