The Sims 4 CD Question

So, I know I have The Sims 4 on PC via the EA App that I still use, however if I have an original Sims 4 CD from sometime in 2017-2019 that I still have, is there any way I can still use the CD on a separate account/device to run an older version of the game? And if so, how can I do it?

Any help would be appreciated :)

RedLazer5000 No, you can't use the CD to run an older version of Sims 4. The disc will require you to login to the EA App and validate your ownership, even though the game is free now, and you couldn't launch Sims 4 offline without being online once. That, in turn, would require you to update.
