@laurenplanson Make sure you are connected on the right account, as may have mixed up which account the game and EP were redeemed to.
The current account doesn't have the base game or the EP, it just appears you redeemed Life of the Party to it. Our support should be able to help you get all entitlements onto the same account. 😉
